With Zumba exercises you will sweat a lot, so you need clothing that keeps the moisture away from your body, and a fabric such as a mesh that is breathable. Cotton will absorb the sweat and get wet and heavy very quickly, so look for other fabrics that wick the moisture away.

Although you can do these exercises in a basic t-shirt and pants, if they're loose and baggy, they will hinder you and prevent

effort to put more energy into my workout.
